LIGHTING EDITED

Electric

With the information collected from your energy assessment, we propose to retrofit, or completely replace the existing lighting in the most cost efficient manner possible (or to the owners request). We will look at both interior and exterior spaces of the property upon request.

Massachusetts

Businesses who typically qualify for this program: Retail, Offices, Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Car Washes, Churches/Synagogues, and other private locations.

(Businesses that demand less than 300 KW Annual)

Program Covers:

Energy Efficient Lighting (Includes Sensors and Photo Cells)

Energy Efficient Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (Includes Equipment Upgrades and Thermostats)

Energy Efficient Natural Gas (Includes Spray Nozzles, Pipe and Duct Insulation, Energy Management Systems, and More)

The goal of this program is to reduce the “Peak Demand” for businesses by installing new, more energy efficient, equipment, through the most cost efficient manner for customer.
With the SBEA Program, through Eversource Massachusetts, based on Annual KwH saved, the SBEA Program can contribute incentive towards the overall project cost.

(*Programs funded by a charge on customer energy bills.*)

For businesses that don’t qualify for the SBEA program, due to a higher overall demand for energy (Over 300KW Annually), still can qualify for Energy Opportunity Program, to have their facility, or location, fitted for new, or retrofitted for more energy efficient equipment.

Similar to the SBEA program, coverage includes:

Energy Efficient Lighting (Includes Sensors and Photo Cells)

Energy Efficient Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (Includes Equipment Upgrades and Thermostats)

Energy Efficient Natural Gas (Includes Spray Nozzles, Pipe and Duct Insulation, Energy Management Systems, and More)

*With the Energy Efficiency Programs through your utility provider, a “Comprehensive Project” (one that improves two or more “end uses”) improves not only lighting, but refrigeration and/or HVAC as well. Not only will a comprehensive project save more in the long run, but can also increase the amount of incentive money received from your utility provider towards the project itself!*
