Problem
A locally based regional bank wanted to upgrade the look of its branches with a more professional aesthetic while also lowering their carbon footprint and reducing energy costs.
Solution
We evaluated each bank location to look for energy-saving opportunities incentivized by Eversource, then executed interior, exterior and signage LED upgrades to the qualifying locations.
Results
Incentives covered 75% of the cost of the improvements, which enhanced the bank’s lighting at each participating branch, reduced its carbon footprint, lowered operating costs and reduced maintenance costs—an annual savings of $4,000.
