Problem
A Connecticut town was tasked with upgrading its district facilities, including a switch from outdated fluorescent lighting and addressing control fixtures that didn’t allow reduced run times in off hours.
Solution
We installed energy-efficient, controlled LED fixtures with auto-dimmers, high end trim, occupancy and day lighting.
Results
The upgrades improved facility conditions and resulted in operational savings of $13,000 per year. One-third of the project costs were covered by incentives we sourced through Eversource’s Small Business Energy Advantage Program.
